The Medical Laboratory Sciences Program (MLSP) is located on the East Bank of the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota.  The Program Director’s office and the main office for the Center for Allied Health Programs are located in the Phillips-Wangensteen building (PWB).  Other MLS faculty have offices in Phillips-Wangensteen, Moos Tower, and the Children’s Rehabilitation Center building (ChRC).

Lecture classrooms are typically located in the medical complex south of Washington Avenue on the East Bank in the Health Sciences Education Center (HSEC), Nils Hasselmo (NHH), Jackson Hall (JACH), Mayo Building (Mayo), Moos Tower (Moos), or Molecular & Cell Biology (MCB).  MLS laboratory courses are held in MCB 3-150 , a laboratory classroom dedicated to the MLS program.  The MLS program additionally has a student study room on Moos Tower.
