Research Summary/Interests

  • Current focus: Driving assessment and training (separate studies on uses of driving simulation, driving reintegration of returning Soldiers, and community programs for senior drivers)
  • Past Research on: health behavior theories, responsible conduct of research, academic misconduct, and the impact of hand orthoses on symptoms and function of persons with arthritis.



  • Occupational Therapy: Physical Disabilities. I have taught OT 6412 Orthotics and Prosthetics; OT 6402 Neurorehabilitation
  • Research: I have taught OT 7201 -Scholarly Inquiry, OT 7494-Scholarly Project, and the campus-wide course for faculty, administration, and research graduate students on Responsible Conduct of Research
